 The Company recognises its responsibilities under the Health and Safety at Work and other relevant safety legislation with regards to its employees, contractors and others who may be affected by its business undertaking.

The Company will provide such information, training, supervision, plant and equipment as necessary, to identify, eliminate or control hazards and risks at the workplace. Adequate resources will be provided for this purpose.

Any Company employee or contractor who supervises or manages the use of work equipment shall have received adequate training for the purposes of health and safety, including training in the methods which may be adopted when using the work equipment, any risks which such use may entail and precautions to be taken.

All employees and contractors are expected to co-operate with the Company in carrying out this Policy and must ensure that their own work, so far as is reasonably practicable, is carried out without risk to themselves or others.

Managing Director has the ultimate responsibility for Health, Safety and Welfare and to whom reference should be made in the event of any difficulty arising in the implementation of this Policy.

The Management of the Company will monitor the operation of this Policy This Statement of Company Policy will be displayed prominently or made available at all sites and workplaces where the Company is the Principal Contractor. In addition, the Organisation and Arrangements for implementing the Policy will also be available at each site and workplace where the Company is Principal Contractor. A full copy of the Policy is held at the Company office for reference by any employee or contractor as required.

This Policy will be reviewed on an annual basis to reflect any changes in legislation
